1.Payments

A 3% processing fee applies to all international card payments.
All transactions are conducted in GBP (£).

2.Eurotunnel Return Ticket Requirement

If booking Eurotunnel train tickets, customers must purchase a return ticket from the UK, as the driver will both depart from and return to the UK.

3.Refund Policy

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.
A £40 administration fee applies to all cancellations.
Eurotunnel train tickets are non-refundable, unless a Flexi Plus ticket has been purchased.

Note: Ensure your pet’s travel documents are complete and up to date. Incomplete paperwork may result in denied entry, delays, and additional costs.
